- 2/3 cups butter
- 1/4 cups chopped green onion
- 2/3 cups flour
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups (12 oz) beer
- 3/4 cups (80z) Velveeta
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worchestershire
DIRECTIONS:
Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onion and cook until tender. Sstir in flour. Gradually stir in remaining ingredients and let simmer until well blended.
