Beer Cheese Soup

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2/3 cups butter
  • 1/4 cups chopped green onion
  • 2/3 cups flour
  • 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups (12 oz) beer
  • 3/4 cups (80z) Velveeta
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worchestershire

DIRECTIONS:

Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onion and cook until tender. Sstir in flour. Gradually stir in remaining ingredients and let simmer until well blended.
